5 Reasons Why You Should Use Digital Brochures

Most businesses currently have brochures in an electronic format usually using one of the Microsoft packages such as Word or more popular these days is to have them converted into Adobe pdf format for universal readability.  Whilst these formats are perfectly fine, they do not help with the marketing of your business.

Here's why:

  1. When you send an email with a document attached many of these emails get blocked in SPAM filters (SPAM filters prevent unwanted unsolicited emails) and many are set up to reject emails that have attachments.
  2. Attachments need to be extracted from the email and launched in a Computer Application, assuming the recpient has the package installed on their computer.
  3. Attachments are often large files that can clog your inbox and take a long while to download.
  4. If you put your documents on your website - do you know who has downloaded it?  It's reasonable for you to expect to have some contact details in return for your brochure.  If you collect no details you cannot hope to contact that person to remind them of your products or services from time-to-time.
  5. You could save thousands of pounds in printing costs and postage by complementing it with a digital version and sending them via email instead.

In fact, by linking a digital brochure with an automated sytem on your website you'll be able to:

  • Fulfil brochure requests automatically 7 days per week.  Brochures are delivered within 30 seconds.
  • Capture the email address of the person requesting the brochure for ongoing marketing
